If you find an injured/sick/baby bird
The Do's & Dont's
Do – place featherless birds back in the nest, Keep your pets leashed when near baby birds, Keep birds indoors, prevent birds from hitting windows, and contact your nearest rehab center for sick or injured birds.
Don’t – try to feed a baby bird with feathers, assume the babies have been abandoned, assume that a baby bird injured by a cat will be okay, or assume a stunned bird is okay.

Dead Birds

If you find a sick or injured bird, please call immediately, and they will dispatch a volunteer rescuer as soon as possible. Alternatively, you may bring the bird to the above address, which also has an After-Hours Intake Box located beside the back (hospital) entrance.
