Emerson Point Preserve Guided Bird Walk

Join Billie and Jerry Knight of Manatee Audubon for a guided bird walk at Emerson Point Preserve, located at the western tip of Snead Island in Palmetto, Florida. This 365-acre preserve offers a diverse range of habitats, including mangrove forests, coastal berms, and upland areas, making it a prime spot for birdwatching. Participants can expect to see a variety of species such as wading birds, shorebirds, and migratory songbirds.

Meet at the Visitors Center Parking Lot to start at 8am.
