Field Trip to Perico Preserve

Join Debbie and Rob Carr on a guided bird walk through Perico Preserve. 

Perico Preserve is first preserve of its kind to be fully conceptualized as a bird sanctuary.

Everyone is welcome to attend walks. 

When going bird watching it is important to be well-prepared and comfortable. Here is a checklist of what to bring and wear: 

• Wear comfortable shoes since there will be walking
• Hat to shield you from the sun and reduce glare
• Binoculars for close up view of birds. 
• Field guide, eBird & Merlin apps are helpful in bird identification – your guides will help 
• Water to stay hydrated
• Sunscreen and Insect Repellant
