July’s Birds & Breakfast event will be held at Conservatory Park in Sarasota, a quiet and picturesque spot ideal for early morning birding. You’ll meet Billie and Jerry Knight at 7:00 a.m. for a 1.5 to 2-hour guided walk through the park’s pine flatwoods and freshwater marshes, keeping an eye out for resident and seasonal birds. After the walk, we’ll head over to Honey Tree Café on University Parkway to enjoy a delicious breakfast and share our favorite sightings. This is a perfect way to beat the heat, connect with nature, and enjoy great company in a relaxed atmosphere.
