Conservatory Park is a 55 acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. Manatee County purchased the property in August 2004, with assistance from the Florida Communities Trust under the Florida Forever program.

Conservatory Park is nestled within a residential community off University Parkway, is a hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Stroll along the beautifully shaded trail, complete with educational signs about the local habitat. Kids can enjoy the playground, while families can gather at the pavilions for picnics. Don’t miss the dock, which offers peaceful views of the lake.
